July 19, 2007 -  Head Coach Matt Hoey, along with CAPS Kaleigh Potts and Kelsey Wolfenden, helped the Region 6/B team finish off 3 weeks of intensive training with a determined, gritty performance at the Regional Team Training Centre.  The team finished the 2-day tournament phase of training with a 7th place finish out of 10 teams.  All the girls from the CAPS, the Ottawa Kangaroos, Ottawa Mavericks, Russell Ravens and Kingston Pegasus are to be congratulated for the amazing effort they put into representing the region, especially the girls who travelled all the way back and forth from Kingston for a couple of weeks to train with their team in Ottawa.  Thanks to Coach Matt and Assistant Coach Maren Hansen for all their work with the girls, and to all the parents who made the trip to Waterloo to support the girls at the RTTC tournament.
