December 21, 2006 - The St. Pat's gym was the setting for our annual get-together of CAPS alumni on Thursday night as they mingled, introduced themselves to present-day 18U CAPS, and played 3 very friendly scrimmages.  Kate Eckhardt (Martin Methodist College/University of Albany), Tess Edwards (University of Kentucky/University of Ottawa), Ashley Matier (Cambrian College), Meghan O'Doherty (York University), Jessica Wolfenden (University of Maine), and Melissa Zéroual (University of Western Ontario) were very happy to see and play with each other once again and did their best (despite a few nagging injuries) to get back into that familiar groove that we all so fondly remember.  However, our 18U Girls would have nothing of it and did a good job of keeping the visitors at bay.  But those in attendance enjoyed bearing witness, once again, to some of the magic that took this group of girls so very far in the CAPS' inaugural season.

Congratulations to our Alumni for all the successes of their 2006-2007 university/college seasons, and for doing the CAPS organization so proud in Canada and in the United States.
